بالوصول إلى CarCheck ("الخدمة") أو استخدامها، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط. إذا كنت لا توافق، لا تستخدم الخدمة.

2. وصف الخدمة

يوفر CarCheck تقارير تاريخ المركبات بناءً على فك ترميز رقم الهيكل (VIN) والبيانات المقدمة من المستخدمين. لا نضمن دقة أو اكتمال المعلومات.

3. حسابات المستخدمين

أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات حسابك. كما توافق على إعلامنا فورًا بأي استخدام غير مصرح به.

4. الاستخدامات المحظورة

لا يجوز لك استخدام الخدمة لأي غرض غير قانوني، أو لمضايقة الآخرين، أو للتدخل في تشغيل الخدمة.

5. تحديد المسؤولية

لا يتحمل CarCheck أي مسؤولية عن أي أضرار ناتجة عن استخدامك للخدمة، بما في ذلك الاعتماد على بيانات التقارير.

6. التغييرات على الشروط

قد نقوم بتعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد أي تعديل يعني قبولك للشروط الجديدة.

CarCheck provides vehicle history reports based on VIN decoding and user-submitted data. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose, to harass others, or to interfere with the operation of the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

CarCheck is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on report data.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
